FOOD
All food must be provided by the dog owner in sealed containers. No doggy bags please! Treats can also be provided by the dog owner, or Puleo Pets can provide treats with your permission. We offer Milk-Bones for large dogs, Milk-Bone Minis for small dogs, Milk-Bone Soft & Chewy for elderly dogs, and Milk-Bone MaroSnacks. Water is always available to our guests, and their water dishes are changed often for cleanliness.
ATTIRE
Don’t worry, this isn’t a black tie event! All guests must be wearing a collar with an ID tag and a rabies tag on it. Either the dog owner or Puleo Pets can provide the leash.
PERSONAL EFFECTS
Puleo Pets provides beds, blankets, and toys for our guests. The dog owner can provide these items instead as long as they are clean. Your dog will also receive a free toy to take home with them (for boarding guests and first-time day care guests only). If your dog enjoys being brushed, please feel free to pack a brush and they will be brushed once a day.
HELLO NURSE!
We are happy to administer your dog’s medications at no extra cost. All medications must be in sealed containers and come with instructions.
SO MUCH ROOM FOR ACTIVITIES
Your dog’s day will consist of:
Open play time in our fenced in outdoor areas
Long walks on a leash on our 3.5 acres of private property
Learning new tricks
Dog games
Resting in their private Dog Suite
Your dog will also receive a free bath before pickup. We use Green Groom Oatmeal Shampoo. We give them back cleaner than they arrived! (For boarding guests only. 2 night minimum. Uncooperative or aggressive guests may not be able to receive a bath.)
STAY OUT OF THE DOGHOUSE
All of our guests must be:
Spayed/neutered
Up to date on distemper/parvo, Bordetella/kennel cough, and rabies shots (we require copies of vet records for these 3 shots)
Free of fleas/ticks and receive flea/tick medicine on a regular basis (please allow flea/tick medicine to dry completely before dropping off your dog)
DOG FORBID
In the event of an emergency, your dog will be rushed to either Eastern Pennsylvania Veterinary Medical Center or Valley Central Veterinary Referral and Emergency Center, both of which are open 24/7. If your dog happens to be a patient of Maple Hills Veterinary Hospital, they are located less than 2 minutes away from us. We are also less than 10 minutes away from Hamilton Animal Care.
PRICING
DAY CARE:
$55 per day per dog
Late pickup charge: $10 per hour per dog for every hour after 10 hours of day care (Up to a maximum of $60).
No other extra fees for medication, special treatment, etc.
BOARDING (OVERNIGHT STAY):
$75 per night per dog
Late pickup charge: $10 per hour per dog for every hour after 24 hours, up to a maximum of $60 (For example: if your dog is dropped off at 7 AM on the first day of their stay, pickup time will be 7 AM on the last day of their stay.)
No other extra fees for medication, special treatment, etc.
HOLIDAY PRICING:
If your dog stays with us on a holiday, the price of day care will be $80 per dog and the price of boarding will be $100 per dog. This will not affect any non-holiday days/nights included in your bill and will only occur on the following holidays:
